For those of you that are in Utah County or close to it, there is a 5K run on November 13th at Kiwanis park. It is a benefit run for a young father with cancer, I don't know them directly but they are in a ward with some fellow law students. Check out there site and sign up if you are interested. It should be a fun run!

Wish I could be there. My friend just hosted a benefit 5K run in SLC last weekend that I missed, too. Sounds like I need to move closer to civilization!
They where in our last ward and they are great people. She just had a baby at the same time I had Christopher, and the kids are still very little. I hope lots of people go and support them.
I don't want cancer to be an issue for anyone. I hope they find a cure soon. I just finished running 3 miles in 30.3 minutes. YAY
