english errors...

I am definitely more right-brained than left-brained, which is quite odd because my family consists of mathematical geniuses. I am not artsy by any stretch of the word, but I do like some artsy things. I thought that I could spell and write and I am always harassing my husband, who is an English major, when he makes grammar mistakes. The other night I got an email from him that asked this question, "By the way, is that little muffin man ever going to crawl now that he's losing some wait?" I laughed and quickly responded by being a little buster and corrected him. Well, Brig won back a few points on the scoreboard. He quoted me in one of my last posts... "and you aren't aloud to argue." I can't weight until he comes home... sorry Brig, maybe I shouldn't be aloud to post things allowed on our blog.

That's so great--I always want to correct people's blogs. Sometimes I do in the comment section, and I wonder what they think of me. In all honesty, I'm sure I have plenty of errors. I'm just a little too lazy to go back and proof read after all the effort it takes to write one :)

Your little guy is so cute! I'm so jealous I can't be around to see him all the time. You better move back to our ward when you come back. Oh, and when is Brig's contract up? Just curious how long you'll be here. We might stay another year...maybe. (Not military, as contract...)

FYI, english is a proper noun and needs to be capitalized...or maybe you were just doing that on purpose too! You are sly.

Hi Shayla!
I do the same things with blogs and letters. But I just think some people are too busy and just trying to get it posted and don't read over it to correct the mistakes.:)
We are living in Farmington. We moved here the end of July. I had Isla the end of August and Chuck left the middle of September. He is stationed at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba for the year. I decided not to stay in Lawton and moved here to be close to family. We should try to hook up sometime. I am still doing the online schooling so other then the girls schools and appts I am free.
Max is so cute!! He is getting so big! Don't they grow so fast in the first year? Isn't amazing. It is so fun to see the changes day to day, and month to month. When Brig comes home are you going back to Lawton? How is your school going?

Well, Shay, that spelling errors posting was "write" up my alley (this is from your mother-in-law, the old English teacher). I laughed and laughed and enjoyed the fencing between you and Brig. Thanks for that! Love, Risa
